I stopped by this place after shopping at Joe's Produce over the weekend. I inquired if they have the same bread Joe's uses to make Panini sandwiches. The woman with dark hair was extremely rude. She started ranting at me so I left. I informed a man outside who was talking to their grill chef(really nice man). I think it was the business owner. He kinda implied that's not possible, she's not like that. Sir, please listen and watch the video footage. It took place on 9/5/26 before 10:00 am. I've shopped at Joe's Produce for over 20 years and have never been treated this way by any staff member. I can't review the food because I didn't buy anything after That Encounter, nor will I.

My family loves the sourdough bread fr Art of Bread but the customer service ALWAYs SUCKs ... the foreign speaking woman running the place is so unprofessional ... twice now she has messed up my order and sold it to someone else and then gave me day old stale bread. Today I called to place an order for Saturday pickup 4 Easter and was told she was too busy to take my order and call back another time! NO THANKS ... I'll find another bakery who would be happy to have my business. I've given way too many chances for u to improve your customer service and u have not !!!

I find myself stopping at Joe's Art of Bread on 7 Mile all the time, and it’s become one of my go-to spots. They serve, without a doubt, the best pepperoni pizza rolls in the area—they are consistently incredible and an unbeatable value. On top of the food, the service is always top-notch. The lady at the counter is wonderful and consistently provides some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. If you’re looking for a great, reliable place to grab a bite, this is it. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I had very high expectations for this place. I tried a cinnamon roll and a chocolate croissant; I also took a sourdough bread. I got really disappointed. The cinnamon roll was even hard, it seemed like it had been there for several days. The chocolate croissant was good, and the sourdough bread wasn’t have a good texture. Honestly, given the bread prices, I was expecting a lot more, but I didn’t like it

So many goodies in such a cute space! I love Art of Bread. I stopped there during the Grand Opening to get some last minute items for Christmas and had such a pleasant experience. I Absolutely love their French Roast Coffee (and so did the rest of my office!) and the Asiago bread was a wonderful addition to our meal. If you're looking for a quality bakery that features authentic Italian breads, cookies and sandwiches (in addition to a number of other options) look no further!
